National Nurse-Led Care Consortium

A six-week quit smoking program targeting predominantly uninsured, low-income minority smokers living in poor communities, which provides participants with the tools, skills and support that are so important to successfully quit smoking. These classes are free of charge. Free patches, gum, lozenges, and light refreshments will be provided.
